Dawn DagenbachDetails, by Dawn, LLC became a reality for owner Dawn Dagenbach, after 10 years in the wedding and event planning business. After planning and implementing hundreds of wedding ceremonies and receptions for other business owners, she realized it was time to establish her own company. Now she can take care of her brides the way she knows they need and deserve!

My passion is working with you, the bride, and your family, to see that your special day is everything you dream of! While relieving your worry and stress, I strive to make your day flawless. ~ Dawn

As a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants, Dawn is always on top of the latest trends and fashions of the wedding world. Her college degree is in Recreation Programming, so you can see, event planning has always been an important part of her life!

As a final point, Dawn has worked as an Event Sales Director for local catering facilities, which makes her very aware of the in's and out's of the business. This is very valuable while she is assisting you in choosing vendors/ facilities and signing contracts. Remember, she's only a phone call away!

Kirstyn Marston

Kirstyn MarstonWhile Kirstyn was planning her own wedding, Dawn was the coordinator for the venue in which she choose for her reception. When Dawn mentioned that she was starting her own business Kirstyn was eager to help! Kirstyn has been a member of the Details By Dawn team for over three years now. She's assisted Dawn with over 15 weddings and has been the lead on three of them. "Every bride deserves that one-of-a-kind wedding and it's important to me that every detail be met to achieve that."

Kirstyn recently worked for the City of Madeira for two years planning and assisting the City's local events. In September she had a beautiful baby girl and decided to leave Madeira to raise her daughter and assist Dawn full-time!

Whether she's assisting Dawn or leading your wedding rest assure that her eager personality and attention to detail will help make your wedding day a success!

Colleen Sutton

Colleen SuttonColleen can not remember a time when she wasn’t coordinating something!

"I started at the ripe young age of 14! I was a Social Director for a Resort in the Catskills. I first discovered my love for the Special Events Industry while working at The Locust Tree Inn, located in New Paltz, NY. It was a beautiful restaurant and the perfect place for Weddings and other Social Events."

Colleen has coordinated Weddings and Social Events in Colorado at the Greenbrier Inn and at the Lionsgate Event Center. She moved to Indiana with her husband in 2003 and was the General Manager at Chateau Pomije for 2 years before being hired as a Catering Executive at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza. She has well over 300 events under her belt!

"I didn’t think that I would have ever left the Hilton... it was my DREAM JOB! But after the birth of my daughter, Ava Rose, I decided to take on the biggest event of my life! That is, to raise a happy and healthy child. "But, my passion for wedding coordination is still able to continue after joining the team at Details, by Dawn, llc.

"I become very attached to my Brides and take their Weddings and Visions very seriously. My Wedding was everything I dreamed it would be and if I can make that happen for someone else … its an amazing feeling of accomplishment!" I look forward to working with you.
